DISPATCH MANAGER

Industry: Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants

1. Dispatch Planning & Coordination• Plan and schedule dispatches according to project requirements and deliverytimelines.• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Project, and Service teams.• Prioritize urgent materials required for WTP, STP, and ETP project execution.• Ensure materials are dispatched on time without affecting site installation orcommissioning schedules.
2. Material Verification & Packing• Verify materials against sales orders, purchase orders, project BOQs, and dispatchinstructions.• Ensure the correct quantity, specifications, and quality of equipment before dispatch.• Coordinate packing of pumps, motors, blowers, filters, FRP vessels, pressure vessels,tanks, pipes, valves, membranes, instruments, and electrical panels.• Ensure proper labeling, protective packing, and safe handling of fragile or heavyequipment.
3. Dispatch Documentation• Prepare and verify delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, packing lists, and transportdocuments.• Maintain dispatch registers, stock movement records, and proof of delivery.• Coordinate with the Accounts and GST teams for invoice and e-way bill requirements.• Ensure all documents match the actual materials being dispatched.
4. Transport & Logistics Management• Arrange suitable transport vehicles based on material size, weight, and deliverylocation.• Coordinate with transporters, drivers,



and courier agencies.• Track shipments and provide delivery updates to project teams and customers.• Control transportation costs and resolve delays or transit-related issues.
5. Inventory & Warehouse Coordination• Coordinate with Stores to ensure material availability before dispatch.• Verify stock quantities and maintain accurate dispatch records.• Monitor pending dispatches, shortages, damaged materials, and backorders.• Ensure proper storage, identification, and handling of project materials.
6. Project Site Coordination• Coordinate with project engineers and site teams to confirm delivery schedules andsite readiness.• Ensure materials are sent according to project-wise requirements and approvedmaterial lists.• Arrange urgent dispatches of spare parts and replacement materials for servicerequirements.• Follow up on material receipt and obtain acknowledgement from the receiving team.
7. Safety & Compliance• Ensure safe loading, unloading, lifting, and transportation of equipment.• Verify that heavy equipment and oversized consignments are secured properly.• Follow company procedures for material handling and transportation.• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect materials and coordinate corrective action.
8. Team Management & Reporting• Supervise dispatch executives, warehouse staff, packers, and loading personnel.• Maintain daily dispatch reports and pending dispatch statements.• Monitor delivery performance, dispatch accuracy, and transportation expenses.• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports to management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
