Position: Dishwasher / Kitchen Steward

- Monthly Salary: RM 1,700
- Work Shift: 12-hour shifts (Rotational day or night shifts depending on kitchen requirements)
- Rest Days: 1 day off per month
- Contract Length: 3 Years (Fixed-Term Contract)

Candidate Requirements:

- High physical stamina and fitness to handle a 12-hour shift involving standing and continuous lifting.
- Ability to work efficiently in a hot, quick-paced, and wet commercial kitchen environment.
- Disciplined, punctual, and willing to work flexible hours (including night shifts).
- No prior experience or high educational qualifications required; training will be provided.
- Must hold a valid Indian passport with a minimum of 3 years of validity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Dishwashing: Wash, sanitize, and dry plates, cups, cutlery, pots, and pans manually or using commercial dishwashing machines.
- Kitchen Cleanliness: Maintain clean, safe, and hygienic conditions in the kitchen, washing areas, and food preparation zones.




- Equipment Organization: Sort and stack clean kitchenware neatly in their designated storage areas for quick chef access.
- Waste Management: Collect and empty trash bins regularly, ensuring proper disposal of food waste and kitchen garbage.
- General Support: Assist kitchen staff with heavy lifting, basic cleaning tasks, or unloading inventory supplies when required.
