Role & responsibilities

- Lead and manage the overall HR Operations function, ensuring seamless delivery of end-to-end HR services across the organization.

- Oversee employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, employee data management, transfers, promotions, exits, and separation processes.

- Drive HR Shared Services / HR Service Delivery operations, ensuring efficient service delivery across a large employee base.

- Establish and monitor SLAs, KPIs, process controls, and operational governance to ensure service excellence.

- Lead payroll operations, compensation administration, benefits management, and statutory compliance in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

- Drive HR process standardization, automation, digital transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of employee records and HR information systems.

- Partner with senior leadership, HR Business Partners, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to align HR operations with business objectives.

- Lead, mentor, and develop large HR Operations teams while building a robust performance-driven culture.





- Identify operational risks, implement robust controls, and ensure adherence to applicable labour laws and regulatory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- 15-2 years of overall experience in HR, with significant experience in HR Operations leadership.

- Must have experience managing HR Operations for a large organization with an employee strength of more than 20,000 employees.

- Strong experience in HR Shared Services, HR Service Delivery, and large-scale HR process management.

- Hands-on expertise in employee lifecycle management, payroll, HR administration, compliance, and HR governance.

- Experience in HR transformation, process automation, digitization, and operational excellence.

- Strong exposure to HRMS / HCM platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar systems.

- Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and manage complex, multi-location HR operations.

- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, analytical, and strategic decision-making skills.
