Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven qualified to join our Digital Contact Centre team. This role focuses on driving customer acquisition through digital channels, leveraging data analytics, and optimizing digital campaigns to enhance customer engagement and growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies within the financial services sector, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to meet acquisition targets. This position plays a critical role in expanding the bank's digital footprint and delivering a seamless customer onboarding experience.Responsibilities:-

- Develop and execute digital acquisition strategies to attract new customers through various online channels including social media, search engines, and email marketing.
- Analyze customer data and digital campaign performance metrics to optimize acquisition efforts and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and IT teams to design and implement targeted digital campaigns aligned with business objectives.




- Manage and monitor digital advertising budgets to ensure cost-effective customer acquisition.
- Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to track leads, customer interactions, and campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and financial services to recommend innovative acquisition tactics.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all digital acquisition activities.
- Prepare detailed reports on digital acquisition performance and present insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with the digital contact centre team to ensure smooth customer onboarding and address any acquisition-related issues promptly.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the digital acquisition funnel to enhance customer experience and retention.
