Job Brief:- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven qualified to join our Digital Contact Centre team at AU Small Finance Bank Limited. This role focuses on driving customer acquisition through digital channels, leveraging data-driven strategies to optimize campaign performance and enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing within the financial services sector, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to meet acquisition targets and support the bank's growth objectives.Responsibilities:-

- Develop and execute digital acquisition strategies to attract new customers through various online channels including social media, search engines, and email marketing.
- Manage end-to-end digital campaigns, from planning and budgeting to execution and performance analysis, ensuring alignment with the bank’s business goals.
- Collaborate with the analytics team to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize campaigns based on data insights and customer behavior patterns.




- Coordinate with product and sales teams to tailor digital acquisition efforts that align with product offerings and customer segments.
- Implement A/B testing and other experimentation methods to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices specific to the financial services industry.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to digital marketing and customer data privacy.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on campaign performance and acquisition metrics for senior management.
- Work closely with external vendors and digital platforms to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the digital customer acquisition funnel and reduce cost per acquisition.
