Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our Digital Contact Centre team. This role focuses on driving customer acquisition through digital channels, leveraging data analytics, digital marketing strategies, and customer engagement techniques to expand our customer base in the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of digital acquisition frameworks, experience in managing multi-channel campaigns, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer onboarding and retention. This position plays a critical role in supporting the bank's growth objectives by enhancing digital outreach and ensuring a seamless customer journey from prospecting to conversion.Responsibilities:-





- Develop and execute comprehensive digital acquisition strategies to attract and onboard new customers through various online channels including social media, search engines, and email marketing.
- Analyze customer data and digital campaign performance metrics to optimize acquisition efforts and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and technology teams to design targeted campaigns aligned with the bank’s financial products and services.
- Manage and monitor digital advertising budgets to maximize ROI and ensure cost-effective customer acquisition.
- Implement A/B testing and other experimentation methods to refine digital content and user experience across acquisition platforms.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to digital marketing and customer data privacy.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on acquisition performance, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Coordinate with the Digital Contact Centre team to ensure smooth handover and onboarding of acquired customers, enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices within the financial services industry to maintain a competitive edge.
