Reporting To: Platform / Architecture Lead

Role PurposeOwn deployment, reliability, observability, and operational governance of a mission-critical healthcare platform with global usage. Ensure platform stability, scalability, security, and high availability through effective cloud infrastructure and operational practices.

Core Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure using GCP or AWS.
- Handle deployments of backend, frontend, and AI services.
- Support containerisation and orchestration-based deployments.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows.
- Implement zero-downtime releases and rollback strategies.
- Monitor platform performance, availability, and system health.
- Establish observability through monitoring, metrics, and alerting.
- Ensure 24×7 uptime, health checks, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Maintain centralised audit logging and operational records.
- Manage API Gateway configurations and integrations.
- Support secrets management and infrastructure security.
- Ensure operational readiness across multiple time zones.
- Handle incident response, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Support infrastructure scalability and long-term platform reliability.





Required ExpertiseMandatory Requirement:

- Hands-on experience with either Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure deployment, management, and scalability.

Preferred / Optional Skills:

- Kubernetes and Docker
- CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
- Prometheus and Grafana
- API Gateway management
- Linux systems administration
- High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR)
- Centralised logging and monitoring
