Role Purpose The purpose of this role is to work with Application teams and developers to facilitate better coordination amongst operations, development and testing functions by automating and streamlining the integration and deployment processes.

Do

- Align and focus on continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) of technology in applications.
- Plan and Execute the DevOps pipeline that supports the application life cycle across the DevOps toolchain from planning, coding and building, testing, staging, release, configuration and monitoring.
- Manage the IT infrastructure as per the requirement of the supported software code.
- On-board an application on the DevOps tool and configure it as per the clients need.
- Create user access workflows and provide user access as per the defined process.
- Build and engineer the DevOps tool as per the customization suggested by the client.
- Collaborate with development staff to tackle the coding and scripting needed to connect elements of the code that are required to run the software release with operating systems and production infrastructure.
- Leverage and use tools to automate testing & deployment in a Dev-Ops environment.

Provide customer support/service on the DevOps tools

- Timely support internal & external customers on multiple platforms.
- Resolution of the tickets raised on these tools to be addressed & resolved within a specified TAT.




- Ensure adequate resolution with customer satisfaction.
- Follow escalation matrix/process as soon as a resolution gets complicated or isn't resolved.
- Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis of critical/repeatable issues.

Overview of Position: As a SRE/DevOps Engineer, candidate will play a key role in setting up the Infra, CI/CD and supporting different key projects used throughout globally.

As a member of our geographically distributed development team, communication and analytical skills are essential to the role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design cloud infrastructure that is secure, scalable, and highly available on AWS.
- Work collaboratively with software engineering to define infrastructure and deployment requirements.
- Provision, configure and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure defined as code.
- Containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Troubleshoot problems across a wide array of services and functional areas.
- Build and maintain operational tools for deployment, monitoring, and analysis of AWS infrastructure and systems.
- Perform infrastructure cost analysis and optimization.
- Collaborate with a global team of engineers in a highly agile DevOps environment, focused on efficient operation of daily activities, developer productivity and continuous improvement of the framework.
- Responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD frameworks,



and tools development to support hybrid environment (Cloud, On-premise) with a vision to achieve "CI/CD" objectives for large-scale integration of systems in order to reduce manual build and deploy efforts.
- Work with geographically dispersed teams including multi-vendor into Scrum teams to meet "CI/CD" objectives.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

- At least 6-8 years of experience building and maintaining AWS infrastructure (VPC, EC2, Security Groups, IAM, ECS, CodeDeploy, CloudFront, S3, RDS, Lambda Functions, Fargate).
- Strong understanding of how to secure AWS environments and meet compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing infrastructure with Terraform.
- Strong experience working on Windows & Linux based environments.
- Experience with MWAA, AWS Glue Jobs setup, AWS Appflow and AWS DMS service.
- Knowledge of Snowflake and Astronomer (Apache Airflow) is good to have.
- Experience with Docker, GitHub, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, ELK and deploying applications on AWS.
- Knowledge in log analytics tools like Elastic search and Kibana.
- Knowledge of Cloud Migration/Disaster Recovery/Blue Green Deployment implementation.
- Positive understanding about monitoring the services and alerting using CloudWatch, Datadog, or Azure Monitor.
- Good to hire a candidate with Certification.
