Responsibilities

- Hands-on experience with IT ticketing tools, IT asset inventory management, desktop/laptop configuration, OS troubleshooting, software installation, and VPN setup.

- Experience in backup and file server administration, including backup/restore operations, file sharing, and user access management.





- Knowledge of telephone systems such as AsTecs and vendor coordination for ISP, PRI, and EPABX-related issues.

- Experience with Windows patch management, VPN, FTP, VMware, data center troubleshooting, Windows/Linux server configuration, and server hardening.

- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure, with excellent communication skills and strict adherence to Dun Bradstreet Technologies Information Security policies.
