Responsibilities (envisage current & future needs) Design & detailing of the Residential & commercial Buildings Preparation of Civil structural &
- Architectural specifications of the project Capable to study the Structural Design Basis reports, calculations & instructions detailed by Consultants Prepare Civil engineering design, drawings with reference to the Standards & providing information to draughting staff to generate the drawings & plans in CAD Preparation of the Key Milestones, Macro &
- Micro Scheduling of the project, Working on the criticalities with respect to the design & site conditions Coordination with the Architects, Consultants, Client, MEP Services team &
- Site Execution team for difficulties to arrive on the solutions Preparation of tender documents and the assessment of tenders. Produce engineering reports and plans. Documentation of the reports by Architects, Consultants, Other services team Scrutinizing the drawings before release of the Good for constructions for site execution Capable of preparing the Project Matrix &




- Specificaions of the materials along with the BOQ Frequent visit to sites for the inspection on the execution with respect to the design & providing the inputs on the sequence of works to be carried out for better quality of execution Discussing with the vendors/consultants on the current arrivals of the materials for implementation of the same in the upcoming project with the analysis on innovation, cost effectiveness & quality Preparation of Estimation / BOQ / Costing for bidding purposes for projects Any other Civil Design which may arise in due course of execution of projects Capable of preparing the Project Matrix &
- Specificaions of the materials along with the BOQ Age required to perform this role Minimum Desirable 24-27 24-27 Years of experience Required for this role Minimum Desirable 3-6 years exp. With B.Tech/BE - Civil 2-6 years as Design/Planning Engineer Educational Qualifications Vital Desirable B.Tech/BE - Civil Engineer B.Tech/BE/M.Tech Nature of Experience Needed for the Position Vital Desirable Design/Planning Engineer in an organization having AutoCAD, MS Projects/Primavera Skills / Competencies Needed for the Position Vital Desirable Technical/Functional:
