Job Overview:

Hum ek detail-oriented aur experienced MEP Design Engineer ki talaash mein hain jo commercial, residential, aur infrastructure projects ke liye MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting) ki design, calculation, aur drafting sambhal sake. Candidate ke paas AutoCAD, Revit MEP, design calculations, aur site coordination ka practical experience hona zaroori hai.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing aur Firefighting systems ke detailed design layouts, single-line diagrams (SLDs), aur shop drawings create aur review karna.
- Load calculations karna (heat load, electrical load, pump head, duct/pipe sizing calculations).
- Architects, structural engineers aur site execution teams ke sath coordination karke clash detection aur space management resolve karna.
- Bill of Quantities (BOQ), material specifications, aur technical tender documents prepare aur verify karna.




- Design outputs ko National Building Code (NBC), IS standards, aur relevant local statutory compliance ke mutabiq align rakhna.
- Site teams ko technical clarification provide karna aur design changes ke hisab se As-Built drawings update karna.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. ya Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 5 saal ka proven experience MEP design consultancy ya contracting company mein.
- Software Skills: AutoCAD (Mandatory), Revit MEP, Dialux, HAP (Hourly Analysis Program) ya relevant design software par strong grip.
- MEP codes, standards (NBC, ASHRAE, NFPA, IS codes), aur design parameters ki transparent understanding.
- Strong analytical, drafting, aur communication skills.
- Project requirement ke mutabiq Kerala ya Odisha location ke liye ready hona.
