Job Summary

We are looking for a Design Coordinator to manage and coordinate with various design consultants, ensuring smooth integration of architectural, structural, MEP, landscape, and interior design requirements. The candidate should have a basic understanding of design principles, authority approval norms, and project planning, along with robust communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP, landscape, interior, and allied consultants.

- Review and coordinate design drawings to ensure proper integration of all services.

- Understand basic authority norms and requirements for statutory approval drawings.

- Possess basic knowledge of structural concepts and MEP spatial planning.

- Understand soil investigation reports and soil strata.

- Review and understand project area statements.

- Ensure timely coordination and submission of design deliverables.

- Maintain effective communication with consultants and internal project teams.
