Responsibilities

- Prepare the Mechanical Bill of Material for the Low voltage switchboard as per the customer/Electrical requirements RD guideline.

- Autonomy to propose and develop complex technical solutions.

- Design custom assemblies based on custom requirements, in case non-existence of standard assemblies.

- Completing all the orders and projects with expected quality.

- Close co - ordination with the Plant manufacturing front-end sales for the technical support.

- Drawing revision, Control of drawings, manages the change Management.

- Involving driving the various process improvement activities.

- Driving the Value Engineering Cost optimisation projects to improve the margin.

- Take up stretched assignments as and when needed.

- Uploading and maintaining the BOMs in SAP.

Skills

- Knowledge of IEC 61439 standard

- Low voltage Panel Design manufacturing

- 2D CAD in Autocad

- 3D modelling in Creo - sheet metal, Assembly, Drawings

- Sheet metal processing manufacturing

- SAP - ERP management (Material Management module)





- Excel Power Automate

- Power Queries

- Excel Macros

- Project Management

Qualifications / Experience

- BE - Mechanical Exp - 3-5
