Role Description The Demonstration Head (Software & Automation) is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for leading product demonstrations of SuperSquare™ software and automation solutions for prospects and clients, showcasing how AI-driven tools and custom software address specific business needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and executing demo workflows, collaborating with development and consulting teams to create tailored use cases, and gathering client feedback to refine solution offerings.

The Demonstration

Head will oversee a small demonstration and solution engineering team, coordinate with sales and project stakeholders, and ensure demos align with business objectives and IT strategy.



The role also involves documenting best practices, training team members on new features, and contributing to continuous improvement of the demonstration process and client experience.

Qualifications

- Strong software development and automation skills, with experience working on AI-based or custom software solutions.
- Demonstrated team management and team leadership capabilities, including mentoring and guiding cross-functional demo or technical teams.
- Experience in project management, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver multiple client demonstrations and solution pilots on schedule.
- Background in IT strategy or technology consulting, with the ability to align demonstrations to client business goals and long-term technology roadmaps.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on creating clear, outcome-driven demo scenarios.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate effectively with product, sales, and consulting teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in a pre-sales, solution engineering, or product demonstration role within a technology or automation-focused organization is highly beneficial.
