About the Role

CogniAI is looking for a technically strong and experienced Technical Delivery Manager – AI/ML to lead and manage our AI engineering team, drive project execution, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

We are looking for someone who can combine strong AI/ML technical knowledge with excellent leadership and project management skills to guide developers and researchers, resolve technical challenges, and deliver projects within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

? Lead, manage, and mentor AI/ML developers, engineers, and research teams.

? Provide technical guidance and support to the team in resolving complex technical challenges.

? Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities, milestones, and deliverables.

? Ensure timely project execution and successful delivery within agreed timelines.

? Review technical approaches, AI/ML architectures, and implementation strategies.

? Identify project risks, technical bottlenecks, and resource requirements.

? Coordinate with management and stakeholders and provide regular project status updates.

? Ensure quality standards, documentation, and effective development practices.





Educational Qualifications

✅ M.Tech / M.E. in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

✅ Ph.D. in AI/ML or Computer Science will be highly preferred.

⭐ Candidates from IITs or Anna University will have an added advantage.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong academic and technical foundation in AI/ML and Computer Science.
- Relevant industry experience or research experience in AI/ML.
- Experience in managing technical teams and handling project delivery.
- Valuable understanding of AI/ML development lifecycle and deployment.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure on-time project delivery.
