Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Delivery Head to lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment delivery function for our IT Staffing business. The candidate will be responsible for driving recruitment operations, managing large delivery teams, ensuring client satisfaction, achieving business targets, and improving overall delivery efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Delivery & Operations

- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for Domestic IT Staffing, primarily C2H hiring.
- Drive recruitment delivery across multiple clients, accounts, and technology requirements.
- Ensure timely and quality closures against client mandates.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly delivery performance.
- Establish effective recruitment processes, review mechanisms, and delivery strategies.

2. Team Leadership & Management

- Lead, mentor, and manage a large team of recruiters, Team Leaders, and Recruitment Managers.
- Set individual and team-wise targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and productivity assessments.
- Build a high-performance recruitment culture and ensure team retention.
- Identify training and development requirements to improve team productivity.

3. Client & Stakeholder Management

- Coordinate with Account Managers, Business Development teams, and client stakeholders.
- Ensure robust client relationships and high levels of client satisfaction.
- Participate in client review meetings and resolve delivery-related escalations.




- Understand client hiring priorities and align recruitment resources accordingly.

4. Business Planning & Performance Management

- Develop and execute recruitment delivery plans aligned with business objectives.
- Drive monthly and quarterly joining, closure, and revenue targets.
- Track key metrics such as CV submissions, interviews, offers, joining ratios, and TAT.
- Identify delivery gaps and implement corrective action plans.
- Ensure optimum utilization of recruitment resources and improve overall profitability.

5. MIS & Reporting

- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly delivery reports to senior management.
- Monitor team productivity, client-wise performance, and account-wise revenue.
- Analyze recruitment funnel conversion ratios and implement process improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10-17 years of experience in IT Staffing / Recruitment.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in leading large recruitment delivery teams (40+).
- Strong experience in Domestic IT Staffing and C2H hiring.
- Experience handling multiple client accounts and large-scale IT recruitment delivery.
- Proven track record of achieving monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, delivery operations, and team productivity.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and escalation-handling skills.
- Experience managing Team Leaders, Recruitment Managers, and large recruiter teams.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Monthly and quarterly joining targets.
- Client-wise and account-wise delivery performance.
- Team productivity and recruiter utilization.
- Offer-to-joining ratio and interview-to-selection ratio.
- Requirement fulfilment and turnaround time (TAT).
- Revenue generation and delivery profitability.
- Client satisfaction and account retention.
