Job Title: Data Scientist

Experience: 6–8 Years

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist with a strong engineering background and hands-on expertise in Python, Machine Learning, GCP, and MLOps. The candidate will be responsible for developing, training, deploying, and managing scalable machine learning models in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, train, and validate machine learning models using Python.
- Perform feature engineering, exploratory data analysis (EDA), and model evaluation.
- Build and maintain ML training and inference pipelines.
- Use Argo Workflows on Kubernetes for workflow orchestration.
- Leverage Vertex AI for model training, hyperparameter tuning, and validation.
- Manage trained model artifacts using Google Cloud Storage (GCS).
- Implement model versioning, monitoring, rollback, and lifecycle management.
- Monitor production models, detect model drift, and support retraining strategies.
- Ensure model reliability,



scalability, and performance in production environments.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Python.
- Experience with Machine Learning frameworks such as PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and CatBoost.
- Strong understanding of Feature Engineering, Model Training, and Evaluation.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Vertex AI.
- Experience with Kubernetes and Argo Workflows.
- Knowledge of GCS and MLOps principles.
- Experience in taking ML models from experimentation to production.
- Understanding of model monitoring, drift detection, and inference pipelines.

Good to Have

- Experience with real-time and batch inference systems.
- Exposure to CI/CD for ML pipelines.
- Knowledge of model monitoring and automated retraining strategies.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
