:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to handle warranty ticket creation and backend data management using the WIM application.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Create Warranty NCR tickets in the WIM application based on customer complaints and service reports.
- Verify and enter customer details, product information, and complaint descriptions accurately.
- Ensure correct ticket categorization, prioritization, and assignment.
- Review requests for missing information and coordinate with internal teams for clarification.
- Track ticket status and update records regularly.
- Maintain data accuracy and meet defined turnaround times (TAT).
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Escalate incomplete or delayed cases to the concerned teams.

Candidate Profile:

- 12 years of experience in Data Entry / Backend Operations / Data Processing.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and data management skills.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
