We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Data Editing & Multitasking Intern to join our in office team. This opportunity is designed for individuals who wish to gain practical experience in data management, content editing, research, and coordination while working in a professional environment. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing diverse responsibilities, meeting deadlines, and working with tools such as MS Office and Google Workspace.

Key ResponsibilitiesData Editing & Content Management

Comprehensive training on relevant tools and processes will be provided.

- Prepare, review, and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and proper formatting.
- Perform research and fact-checking to ensure the reliability, relevance, and quality of information.
- Work closely with the design team to incorporate suitable graphics, charts, tables, and infographics into content.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to maintain content accuracy and ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Organize, format, and customize content for various digital and academic platforms while maintaining professional standards.

Research & Multitasking

- Handle multiple assignments and projects efficiently while ensuring timely completion of allocated tasks.
- Research industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Assist in evaluating competitor strategies and preparing insights to support business and content-related decisions.
- Participate in campaign performance reviews and help identify areas where improvements can be made.
- Provide coordination and operational support across different ongoing activities whenever required.

Training & Skill Development

- Attend structured training, onboarding,



and learning sessions to develop proficiency in relevant software, tools, and work processes.
- Gain practical exposure to professional workflows while improving technical, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications & Skills

- Pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related discipline.
- Strong organizational abilities and effective time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize tasks independently.
- Excellent attention to detail, proofreading, and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of English grammar, sentence structure, and document formatting.
- Basic to intermediate working knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Willingness to learn new tools, adapt to different responsibilities, and deliver quality work consistently.
