Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Data Entry Executive with strong practical knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Odoo. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in bulk data entry, data uploading, data migration, and managing large volumes of business data accurately.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform bulk data entry and data uploading in ERP systems.
- Manage and maintain business data using Odoo ERP.
- Handle large volumes of data with speed and accuracy.
- Perform bulk import/export operations and data migration.
- Verify, validate, and maintain data accuracy and consistency.
- Handle customer, vendor, product, inventory, and other business-related records.
- Identify and correct data discrepancies and duplicate entries.




- Maintain proper documentation and data records.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Robust hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems and data management.
- Proven experience in bulk data entry and bulk data uploading.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage large volumes of data within deadlines.
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills.

Experience Candidates with prior experience in Odoo ERP, ERP data management, bulk data entry, and data migration are preferred.

Job Location: Muscat, Oman
