Role & responsibilities

1. Technical Training

- Deliver comprehensive training on Data Analytics concepts and tools.
- Train students in Advanced Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Teach data cleaning, data transformation, data modeling, and data visualization.
- Explain statistical concepts, exploratory data analysis, and business intelligence.
- Demonstrate practical applications of analytics in real-world business scenarios.

2. Practical & Project-Based Learning

- Create hands-on exercises using real-world datasets.
- Guide students in developing end-to-end Data Analytics projects.
- Train students in building interactive dashboards and reports.
- Provide practical assignments and case studies.
- Help students understand business problems and derive data-driven insights.

3. Curriculum Development

- Develop structured course content and training materials.
- Prepare presentations, assignments, assessments, and project documentation.
- Update training modules according to changing industry requirements.
- Incorporate practical business use cases into the curriculum.

4. Student Mentoring & Career Support

- Monitor student performance and learning progress.
- Conduct technical assessments and practical evaluations.
- Provide interview preparation and mock interview sessions.
- Guide students in building project portfolios and resumes.
- Support students in developing job-ready technical skills.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 6 years of relevant industry or training experience.




- Strong hands-on knowledge of Data Analytics tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust presentation and classroom management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical topics.
- Candidates with prior experience in IT training institutes, corporate training, or technical mentoring.
- Candidates with real-time Data Analytics project experience.
- Professionals transitioning from Data Analyst or BI Developer roles into training.
- Candidates who can independently manage training batches and student learning outcomes.

Technical Skills Required Must-Have Skills:

- Python Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn.
- Advanced Excel – Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, Charts, Data Analysis.
- Power BI – Power Query, DAX, Data Modeling, Dashboard Development.
- Statistics – Descriptive Statistics, Probability, Hypothesis Testing.
- Data Visualization and Business Intelligence.
