Hiring: Digital Analytics & Data Solutions Specialist

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Gurugram/Pan India

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, document, and prioritize data collection requirements for web and mobile journeys.

- Develop Adobe Analytics tagging specifications covering Events, eVars, Props, and Data Layer variables.

- Validate tagging implementations using Omnibug or Adobe Experience Platform Debugger.

- Work with Adobe Analytics reports to ensure accuracy and completeness of collected data.

- Build and validate curated datasets using SQL and Snowflake.

- Develop and manage batch jobs and data pipelines using SAS Viya and Snowflake.

- Perform data profiling, source-to-target validation, and row-count reconciliation.

- Provide production support, monitor data pipelines, troubleshoot failures, and perform root cause analysis.

- Maintain data dictionaries, mapping documents, test cases, and technical documentation.

- Manage deliverables, defects, and project activities using JIRA and participate in Agile ceremonies.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in Digital Analytics, Data Analysis, or Data Solutions.





- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, including Events, eVars, Props, and Analysis Workspace.

- Experience with Omnibug or Adobe Experience Platform Debugger for tag validation.

- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with Snowflake.

- Experience in data curation, transformation, data profiling, and validation.

- Experience in production support, incident management, and root cause analysis.

- Hands-on experience in writing business requirements, mapping specifications, and test cases.

- Working knowledge of JIRA and Agile methodologies.

- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.

Positive to Have:

- Working knowledge of SAS Viya for data processing, batch jobs, and scheduling.

- Experience in the Insurance or Financial Services domain.

- Understanding of insurance digital journeys such as Quote, Purchase, Policy Servicing, and Claims.

- Experience working with US-based stakeholders and overlapping US business hours.
