Job Summary:

We are seeking a Project Manager to mentor and guide learner teams as they design intelligent Cybersecurity-driven solutions for real-world problem contexts. The PM will support learners through a structured, sprint-based XPro, helping them understand problem statements, interpret datasets, design secure systems, threat detection models, risk mitigation strategies, or rule-based security workflows, and develop conceptual cybersecurity system designs.

Experience Required:

- 7–14 years of overall experience.
- Relevant experience in the respective technical domain is preferred.
- Candidates should have robust project management, coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities of PM:

- Help learners understand real-world problem contexts and their relevance to cybersecurity applications.
- Guide teams in analysing structured and unstructured datasets used in security systems and threat intelligence.




- Support comprehension of core concepts such as network security, cryptography basics, threat modeling, vulnerability assessment, incident response, and security monitoring techniques.
- Mentor students in developing security-focused applications, threat detection systems, or rule-based workflows for risk mitigation and automation.
- Help learners validate system logic through testing, security controls, error handling, and vulnerability mitigation techniques.
- Facilitate understanding of security architecture, APIs, access control systems, SIEM tools, dashboards, and deployment concepts.
- Reinforce ethical hacking principles, data privacy, compliance, risk management, and responsible security practices during design decisions.
- Ensure learners justify their design choices using risk-based reasoning and real-world security case studies.
- Coach teams to develop conceptual systems (e.g., intrusion detection systems, security monitoring dashboards, risk assessment tools, automated response systems, and secure workflow automation tools) using provided datasets.
