We are looking for Customer Support Executives for the Saferide process. Candidates should have good English communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Communicate effectively with customers in English.
- Assist customers with their concerns and requests.
- Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Follow company guidelines and process requirements.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate or Undergraduate.
- 0–6 months of customer support experience.
- Prior customer support experience is required.




- C1-level English communication skills.
- Positive verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.

Note: This position is open to candidates with prior work experience. Freshers are not eligible. Work Schedule & Compensation

- Salary: ₹33,000 CTC.
- Working Days: 5.5 days per week.
- Shift: Rotational.
- Weekly Off: Rotational.
- Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur.
