We are looking for Customer Support Executives for a customer service process at our Gurugram office.

The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing relevant information, assisting with routine concerns, and maintaining professional communication.

Both freshers and experienced graduates are welcome to apply.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.
- Understand customer concerns and provide relevant information.
- Maintain transparent and professional communication.
- Update customer information and maintain interaction records.
- Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.
- Meet assigned performance and service targets.




- Escalate complex queries to the concerned department.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to understand and respond to customer queries.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Willingness to work six days a week.
- Must be comfortable working from the office.

Salary Details
- Freshers: ₹23,000 CTC per month.
- Experienced Candidates: ₹25,000 CTC per month.

Final salary will depend on relevant experience and company salary structure. Take-home salary will be subject to applicable deductions.
