Job Overview

Regalo Kitchens is looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to manage client communication, generate leads through outbound calling, coordinate with the sales team, and encourage customers to visit our showroom.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads and explore business opportunities.

Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.

Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information about modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, and bathroom vanities.

Invite potential customers to visit the showroom and coordinate their visits.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover, timely follow-ups, and effective client management.

Maintain records of customer interactions, generated leads, follow-ups, and showroom visits.

Support the sales team in converting leads into potential business opportunities.





Ensure a positive customer experience through qualified communication and timely responses.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, telecalling, lead generation, or a similar role.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in outbound calling and lead generation.

Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Customer-oriented approach with the ability to understand client requirements.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM tools.

Experience in the modular kitchen, interior, furniture, or home improvement industry will be an added advantage.
