URGENT HIRING – INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE

Process: USA Voice Process (International Calling)

Location: Sanjay Place, Agra, Uttar Pradesh

Salary: $3–$5 per hour

Shift: Night Shift (USA California Time Zone)

Working Hours: 6–8 hours per shift

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Job Type: Full-Time

Eligibility: Freshers & Experienced Candidates

Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from US customers.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Communicate confidently with international clients.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service quality.

Candidate Requirements
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Clear pronunciation; a neutral American accent is preferred.




- Strong listening and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Comfortable working night shifts according to California time.
- Freshers with excellent English communication skills can apply.
- International BPO or US Voice Process experience will be an advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
