Salary: ₹26,000–₹38,000 CTC per month

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented candidates for our International US Customer Support Process. Candidates will be responsible for assisting international customers through chat and providing effective solutions to their queries.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through live chat.

- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.

- Maintain professional English written communication.

- Manage multiple customer conversations efficiently.





- Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements

- Excellent English communication and typing skills.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including US shifts.

- Willingness to relocate to Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
