Job responsibilities
- Create customer segments based on purchases and enquiries.
- Develop abandoned checkout recovery campaigns.
- Manage WhatsApp and email marketing.
- Create birthday, anniversary and festive campaigns.
- Develop repeat-purchase and referral activities.
- Manage post-purchase engagement and customer reviews.
- Coordinate with marketing and customer experience teams.
- Maintain consent and opt-out compliance.
Required skills: Shopify, WhatsApp Business API, email marketing, CRM platforms, automation workflows.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
