Position: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Job Location: Vadapalani, Chennai

Qualification: Any Graduate / Relevant Qualification

Experience: Fresher or Experienced

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

- Welcome patients and provide a friendly, professional experience at the clinic.
- Handle patient enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp and direct visits.
- Explain available dental and cosmetic treatments to patients.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with doctors regarding patient consultations.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments, treatments and pending consultations.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing and new patients.
- Explain treatment plans, packages and pricing as instructed by the doctor.
- Coordinate patient visits, treatment schedules and feedback.




- Handle patient concerns and complaints professionally.
- Maintain patient records and appointment details.
- Follow up with patients after treatments to check their experience and satisfaction.
- Support the clinic team in achieving patient service and business targets.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Excellent patient-handling and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of dental or cosmetic treatments is an added advantage.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude and professional behavior.
- Ability to manage multiple patient enquiries.
