Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through inbound and outbound calls.
- Assist customers with healthcare-related services, appointments, and bookings.
- Provide accurate information about company products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
- Maintain call quality and achieve customer satisfaction targets.
