Internship Overview

As a Customer Experience Intern, you will support travelers during their trips and assist the CX team in ensuring a smooth, stress-free travel experience. You will gain exposure to client communication, problem resolution, destination knowledge, and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist as a point of contact for customers during their travel




- Support issue identification and resolution
- Learn destination knowledge and assist customers
- Support emergency and escalation handling
- Assist in tracking customer feedback
- Coordinate with internal teams

Internship Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team.

Internship Duration & Work Details

- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
- Weekly Off: All Sundays
- Monthly Leave: One paid leave per month (excluding Sundays).
- Other leave is permitted only during exam or viva periods.
- Stipend Details - Chennai: 8,000 per month
