Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 In-Hand + Incentives

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally.
- Maintain polite and effective communication with customers.
- Update customer information and interaction records in the system.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service.
- Achieve assigned performance and quality targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.




- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Good listening and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a professional workplace.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
