We are looking for a passionate and experienced Corporate Trainer who can take ownership of the complete learner journey — from understanding individual professional challenges to delivering practical training and tracking measurable improvement.

? What You'll Be Responsible For:

- Research learners' professional backgrounds, roles, responsibilities, and workplace challenges before every session.
- Plan and conduct engaging, personalised one-on-one online training sessions.
- Deliver practical learning experiences through roleplays, simulations, case studies, discussions, and workplace scenarios.
- Focus on communication skills, leadership, behavioural development, and professional effectiveness.
- Track learner progress and provide structured, actionable feedback.
- Complete session feedback, documentation, and learner updates within 30–60 minutes after every session.
- Participate in internal training, calibration meetings, curriculum development, and performance reviews.
- Take complete ownership of learner development and ensure continuous improvement.

? What We're Looking For:

- 2–5 years of experience in Corporate Training, L&D;, Executive Coaching, Communication Training,



or Leadership Development.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong facilitation, interpersonal, presentation, and active listening skills.
- Ability to research, understand, and address real-world workplace challenges.
- Strong understanding of communication, behavioural skills, and professional development.
- Excellent documentation, time management, and organisational skills.
- A proactive individual who believes in accountability and learner-centric development.

- High-speed and stable internet connectivity.
- Good-quality laptop with a clear camera and audio setup.
- Qualified, quiet, and distraction-free workspace.
- Formal professional attire for all training sessions.
