Position Overview The Cost Estimation & Tender Lead will partner with xxxxx senior leadership to translate strategic direction into accurate cost models and competitive tender packages.

This role drives end‑to‑end estimation processes, manages tender timelines, and ensures alignment with project goals and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop detailed cost estimates for infrastructure, data‑center, and mission‑critical projects using established methodologies.
- Prepare, review, and submit tender documentation, ensuring compliance with technical, commercial and regulatory requirements.
- Identify critical tasks, dependencies, and risk factors; maintain project schedules in MS Project/Jira.
- Conduct user‑impact and benefit analyses to quantify measurable outcomes of proposed solutions.
- Lead cross‑functional teams, providing direction and strategic influence throughout the estimation and tender lifecycle.
- Communicate estimation outcomes and tender status to senior leaders, clients, and internal stakeholders through transparent reports and presentations.
- Mentor and coach junior estimators and support staff on best practices and tool usage.
- Continuously improve estimation processes, incorporating lessons learned and industry benchmarks.

Required Qualifications

- Advanced university degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8‑15 years of experience in cost estimation, tender preparation,



and project management within high‑tech or industrial facilities.
- Proven PMP or equivalent project‑management certification preferred.

Core Skills & Competencies

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills for accurate cost modeling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present complex data to senior leadership and clients.
- Proficiency with cost‑estimation software, MS Excel, MS Project, and wire‑framing/project‑management tools (e.g., Jira).
- Negotiation, stakeholder management, and client‑facing experience.
- Leadership, people‑management, and team‑handling abilities.
- Time‑management, organization, and ability to prioritize critical tasks.

- Experience delivering externally‑focused software or infrastructure services.
- Background in data‑center, mission‑critical, or industrial facility projects.
- Familiarity with quality metrics, risk assessment, and advantages measurement.
