We are an Event Management company and we are looking for a polished, confident qualified to represent the company and manage relationships with corporate clients. The role involves understanding client requirements, coordinating corporate events, maintaining existing relationships, and supporting business development through networking and follow-up.

Key responsibilities

- Represent the company professionally in meetings with corporate clients, including Lux Cozi, Skipper, Amit Metallics, and other organizations.

- Meet clients, understand their requirements, and communicate them clearly to the internal team.

- Coordinate corporate events from initial discussions through planning and delivery.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and follow up on their needs and feedback.

- Support business development activities, including networking through BNI and identifying new opportunities.

- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to keep event plans on track.





- Travel outside Kolkata when required for client meetings or events.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; a relevant degree or experience in business, hospitality, communications, or events is a plus.

- Excellent spoken and written English and Bengali.

- Confident, well-presented, and comfortable representing the company in professional settings.

- Strong communication, relationship-building, and coordination skills.

- Willingness to travel within and outside Kolkata as required.

- Experience in corporate client servicing, business development, events, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
