Job Summary The Corporate Communications Manager drives the end-to-end internal and external communications strategy to protect, build, and enhance the company's brand, reputation, and culture. This role leads media relations, executive positioning, crisis management, and employee communications while ensuring consistent messaging across all digital and traditional platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesExternal Communications & Media Relations

- Develop and execute integrated PR campaigns, pitch story ideas, and handle incoming media inquiries to secure high-impact press coverage.
- Draft press releases, media kits, talking points, official statements, and op-eds.
- Manage relationships with external PR agencies, journalists, industry analysts, and media vendors.
- Oversee social media strategy, corporate website content, and brand messaging across digital platforms.
- Communications & Employee Engagement
- Craft clear,



transparent communications for company-wide announcements, town halls, organizational changes, and leadership updates.
- Manage internal communication channels (e.g., Slack, intranets, employee newsletters) to drive culture, alignment, and engagement.
- Partner with HR and People operations to support employer branding and internal change-management initiatives.
