Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Contract & Procurement Manager from the building construction industry to manage end-to-end contract management and procurement activities, ensuring cost-effective purchasing, timely material availability, and smooth execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Management:

- Handle drafting, reviewing, negotiation, and execution of contracts.
- Manage contractor agreements, subcontractor contracts, and work orders.
- Review contractual terms, conditions, payment clauses, and commercial agreements.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements.
- Handle contract renewals, amendments, and dispute resolution.

Procurement Management:

- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for construction projects.
- Identify, evaluate, and finalize vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Obtain quotations and prepare comparative statements (CS).
- Prepare and release Purchase Orders (POs)



and Work Orders (WOs).
- Ensure timely procurement of construction materials and services.
- Monitor procurement budgets and control project costs.

Coordination & Documentation:

- Coordinate with project teams, site engineers, accounts, and management.
- Maintain vendor databases, contracts, purchase records, and procurement documentation.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Prepare procurement reports and provide regular updates to management.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, B.E./B.Tech Civil or relevant qualification.
- 8–15 years of experience in Contract & Procurement Management.
- Must have experience in the Building Construction industry.
- Solid knowledge of construction contracts, subcontracting, and procurement processes.
- Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and commercial skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and procurement documentation.

Preferred: Candidates with experience handling multiple construction projects and end-to-end procurement operations.
