Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Strategy Specialist who can develop, plan, and execute effective content strategies to strengthen our brand presence, improve audience engagement, and support business growth.

The ideal candidate should have strong content planning, writing, storytelling, and research skills, along with an understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement content strategies aligned with business goals and brand objectives.
- Plan and manage content calendars for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Create and optimize engaging content, including blogs, articles, website content, social media posts, and marketing copy.
- Research industry trends, audience preferences, competitors, and relevant keywords.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and content quality across all platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and business teams to develop creative campaigns.
- Optimize content for SEO to improve organic reach, visibility, and website traffic.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements.
- Identify new content opportunities to improve audience engagement and brand awareness.
- Proofread and edit content to maintain accuracy,



clarity, and quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Content Strategy, Content Writing, or Digital Marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong storytelling, research, and creative thinking abilities.
- Valuable understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Experience managing content calendars and social media content.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and content management systems.
- Ability to understand target audiences and create relevant content.
- Knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, WordPress, Canva, and AI-based content tools is an added advantage.
