We are a Marketing & Digital Promotions Company working with leading music labels and Punjabi music artists. We’re looking for a creative and skilled Content Creator to join our team.

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator to join our Marketing & Digital Promotions team. Social media content end to end across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube. This isn't just a scheduling or posting role. You'll be responsible for creating content ideas, writing scripts, appearing on camera, producing short-form content, and identifying what makes people stop scrolling.

If you're comfortable being on camera, enjoy experimenting with new content ideas, and understand how to turn ideas into engaging social media content, this role gives you the platform to create, test and grow.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Develop creative content ideas aligned with brand goals and target audiences.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral content formats, memes, and music trends.
- Write engaging captions, promotional copy, and content descriptions.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, artists, and the marketing team to execute campaigns.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, views, and audience growth.
- Ensure all content is aligned with the artist/label's brand image and campaign objectives.
- Feature on camera in reels,



short-form videos and other video content.
- Research and identify relevant social media trends, audio, formats and content styles.
- Adapt content strategies based on platform insights and audience response.
- Ensure content is consistent with the company's brand voice and communication style.

What We're Looking For
- 1-3 Years of hands-on content creation/social media experience
- Comfortable and confident on camera — this is a core part of the role.
- Strong communication skills in English , Punjabi and Hindi.
- Ability to write engaging Hinglish content for a Gen Z audience.
- Robust understanding of Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, including what makes content perform.
- Working knowledge of basic editing and design tools such as CapCut, InShot, Canva or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and platform insights.
- Strong creative thinking and the ability to generate content ideas independently.
- Someone who brings ideas and experiments rather than waiting for a brief.
- Willingness to stay updated with changing social media trends, formats and audience behaviour.
