Position Summary The Projects Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all construction, renovation, fit-out, refurbishment, and infrastructure development projects across Bless Living facilities. The role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved designs, quality standards, statutory requirements, and organizational objectives.

The position serves as the single point of accountability for project execution, contractor management, project budgeting, stakeholder coordination, quality assurance, and project reporting from project initiation through handover.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

· Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction, renovation, expansion, and fit-out projects.

· Prepare project schedules, milestones, and execution plans.

· Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines.

· Coordinate project activities among architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.

· Ensure timely completion and successful handover of projects.

Budgeting & Cost Control

· Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and cash flow forecasts.

· Monitor project expenditures against approved budgets.

· Review contractor bills, work orders, variation orders, and project claims.

· Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

· Submit periodic budget utilization and cost variance reports.

Contractor & Vendor Management

· Participate in contractor selection, tender evaluation, and contract negotiations.

· Manage contractor performance, productivity, and compliance.

· Ensure contractors meet contractual obligations and project deliverables.

· Resolve project-related commercial and operational issues.

· Conduct periodic review meetings with contractors and consultants.

Project Monitoring & Coordination

· Conduct regular site inspections to assess project progress.

· Identify project risks, delays, and resource constraints.

· Coordinate with internal departments to ensure project requirements are met.

· Facilitate approvals, inspections,



and stakeholder communication.

· Escalate critical issues requiring management intervention.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

· Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

· Monitor workmanship, materials, and compliance with project specifications.

· Coordinate project inspections and quality audits.

· Ensure compliance with building regulations, statutory approvals, and safety requirements.

· Manage snag rectification and project closeout processes.

Health, Safety & Risk Management

· Ensure implementation of site safety standards and procedures.

· Monitor contractor adherence to safety regulations and PPE requirements.

· Conduct regular safety reviews and risk assessments.

· Report and investigate project-related incidents and safety observations.

· Promote a culture of safety and compliance across project sites.

Documentation & Reporting

· Maintain project documentation including contracts, drawings, approvals, change requests, and correspondence.

· Track project schedules, milestones, budgets, and risks.

· Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports.

· Maintain records for audits, statutory reviews, and management reporting.

· Ensure accurate project data is maintained in organizational systems.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, or a related discipline.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, fit-outs, renovations, or infrastructure projects.

· Experience managing contractors, consultants, budgets, and project schedules.

· Experience in healthcare, hospitality, residential, senior living, or institutional projects preferred.

· Proficiency in project management software, AutoCAD drawings interpretation, MS Excel, and reporting tools.

Role Objective: To deliver construction and infrastructure projects safely, efficiently, within budget, and on schedule while ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction across all Bless Living facilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
