- System Monitoring: Track system performance dashboards, network logs, and error messages to identify anomalies early.
- Data Entry & Management: Enter, update, and verify records in spreadsheets, databases, and core business software with a high level of accuracy.
- Job Execution: Start, stop, and schedule routine batch jobs, automation scripts, and nightly processing workflows according to company runbooks.
- Maintenance & Backups: Perform regular data backups, cycle storage media, and ensure disaster recovery systems are functioning properly.
- Troubleshooting: Address system malfunctions, network drops, or software freezes; escalate complex issues to systems administrators or network engineering teams.
- Peripheral Management: Set up and maintain peripheral equipment, including high-volume printers, scanners, and local server hardware.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
