Role & responsibilities

- Syllabus Execution: Deliver lessons, practical sessions, and exercises in strict alignment with the provided curriculum guidelines and timelines.
- Pacing and Time Management: Break down the pre-determined topics into actionable weekly and daily plans to ensure the entire syllabus is completed within the contracted part time hours.
- Hands-on Facilitation: Guide students through the practical, lab-based exercises required by the syllabus, ensuring they understand the application of the concepts.
- Student Assessment: Administer, invigilate, and grade the specific tests, quizzes, or lab projects outlined in the curriculum.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor individual student progress against the syllabus benchmarks and report learning gaps or milestones to the management.
- Lab Readiness:



Coordinate with the technical team to ensure that the required software, tools, and hardware resources specified in the syllabus are installed and functional before class.
