Job Summary:

- Good understanding of electronics Component functionality, basic operations, based on their specific graduation stream • Understanding of BOM hierarchy, part numbering systems, and assembly structures. • Analyze and interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs) to understand product structure, component hierarchy, and assembly relationships. • Review BOM data to identify electronic, mechanical, and electromechanical components used in products. • Verify manufacturer part numbers,



technical datasheets, and component attributes against BOM requirements. • Assist in supplier data collection and validation of component information for regulatory compliance programs. • Responsible for Collection, analysis & archival of the component information related to Environmental Compliance.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

- Ensure global regulatory compliance for products and materials under RoHS, REACH, and TSCA (PBT & PFAS) requirements.
- Collect, review, and validate supplier material declarations using and Manage supplier communication to obtain complete and accurate compliance data.
- Maintain and update compliance data in BOM management tools (Bills of Materials)
- Respond to customer inquiries related to product environmental compliance and certifications.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects for automation of compliance and sustainability reporting.
- Able to manage customer interaction and weekly progress meetings
- Knowledge of MS Excel and MS word
- Excellent written and oral communication skills MANDATORY.
