We are looking for a Team Lead – Collections with strong experience in field recovery and overdue collections. The candidate will be responsible for managing field collection activities, driving recovery targets, monitoring team performance, and ensuring timely recovery of overdue payments.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage field recovery and collection activities for overdue accounts.
- Lead and monitor field collection executives to achieve recovery targets.
- Plan and allocate field visits based on overdue accounts and recovery priorities.
- Conduct field visits to customers and coordinate for payment recovery.
- Handle delinquent accounts, payment follow-ups, and recovery escalations.
- Track daily collection performance and prepare recovery reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for collection activities.




- Support skip tracing and customer location verification where required.
- Ensure collection activities follow company policies and applicable guidelines.
- Be willing to travel extensively for field recovery activities.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–8 years of experience in collections, recovery, or field collections.
- Strong hands-on experience in field recovery and overdue collections.
- Experience in managing or coordinating field collection teams.
- Ability to handle delinquent accounts and recovery escalations.
- Positive communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
- Knowledge of local languages is preferred.
