Job Title: Tele-collection Team Leader

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of Tele-collection Executives.
- Drive collection targets for overdue and delinquent loan accounts.
- Monitor daily team performance, productivity, and call quality.
- Handle escalated customer cases and payment-related issues.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maximum collection efficiency.
- Track bucket-wise collections and achieve monthly targets.
- Provide regular training, coaching, and feedback to team members.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI collection guidelines.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Telecollection.




- At least 1–2 years of team-handling experience preferred.
- Experience in Banking / NBFC / Fintech collections.
- Positive communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of collection buckets, DPD, PTP, and recovery processes.
