- Proactive Tender Identification: Monitor and search state and central government e-procurement portals (like KPP Portal, Maha tenders, or relevant state boards) daily to identify new tender opportunities, eligibility criteria, and amendment notifications.

- Meticulous Bill Documentation: Review, compile, and ensure all supporting invoices, delivery challans, completion certificates, and work orders strictly comply with government department checklists before submission to prevent rejections.

- Bureaucratic Milestone Tracking: Monitor and map the movement of payment files through the required government hierarchies.

- EMD &

- Retention Money Recovery:

Keep track of project completion timelines to proactively initiate the release of Earnest Money Deposits (EMD), Security Deposits, and withheld retention money from government accounts.

- Discrepancy &

- Query Resolution:

Act as the primary point of contact to quickly address objections, technical queries,



or deductions raised by government audit departments.

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain skilled, long-term rapport with administrative staff, accounts officers, and key clearing clerks within the designated government bodies.

High tolerance for long administrative turnaround times and a proactive attitude toward following up through multi-layered bureaucratic processes.

- Local Language Fluency: Fluency in Kannada (both spoken and written) is mandatory for interacting with state government departments and local bodies (like the HDMC) in the Hubballi region, alongside formal English for official documentation.

- Government Portal Knowledge: Experience navigating online government payment/procurement tracking systems is a strong advantage.
