Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle outbound calls to customers regarding outstanding payments.
- Assist customers with payment reminders and account-related queries.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and repayment plans.
- Maintain professional communication while handling customer concerns.
- Achieve collection targets and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Deliver effective customer service while maximizing collection efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: SSC / HSC
- Minimum 6 months of International BPO experience mandatory.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Prior experience in international voice processes preferred.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Strong negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and performance-driven candidates.
