- Contact customers via phone, email to follow up on pending payments.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and ensure commitments are met.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities in the system.
- Coordinate with the accounts department for reconciliation of customer accounts.
- Identify and escalate problematic accounts to management for further action.
- Send reminders and notices as per the collection process.
- Ensure collections are in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
