Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Operator role based at MARVELOUS ENGINEERS PVT LTD in Kagal. The Operator will handle day-to-day machine operations, including setting up equipment, loading materials, and monitoring production according to work instructions and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include checking parts against specifications, performing basic measurements, and reporting deviations or equipment issues to supervisors. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and order around the workstation, supporting routine maintenance tasks, and following quality control procedures. The Operator will collaborate with team members to meet production targets and adhere to company policies related to safety, quality, and workflow.

Qualifications

- Ability to operate manufacturing or machining equipment and follow standard operating procedures.
- Basic understanding of production processes,



measurements, and quality checks in a factory workplace.
- Commitment to workplace safety, use of protective equipment, and adherence to company safety rules.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability in following instructions, and readiness to report issues promptly.
- Good communication skills and ability to work cooperatively with supervisors and team members.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required and maintain regular, punctual attendance.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or machine operation is preferred but not always required.
- Minimum educational background at the high school or vocational level; technical training or trade certification is an advantage.
